Frequently asked questions

How do I purchase an additional eFax number?

First, make sure you have the permission to do so by navigating to the eFax module. If you see the cogwheel on screen, then click on it and purchase in the modal. If you do not see the cogwheel, ask an admin to enable that permission in user settings. 

I didn't receive my one-time password, what do I do?

In most cases, One Time Password emails are delivered within a few seconds of the request but in rare cases, the email can be delayed for a couple of minutes. If you do not receive the One Time Password within a couple of minutes, ask your admin to confirm your email address as it appears in the ExamRoom Live user list. If you still have an issue open a ticket and we would be happy to assist.
